Paracetamol belongs to the active substance class of non-opioid analgesics and is used to treat pain and fever, and unlike the NSAIDs does not have an anti-inflammatory effect. Compared to most other analgesics, the side effects are considered minor.

Without question: Painkillers are often used for endometriosis. However, there are still no conclusive studies showing how effective they are for pain caused by endometriosis. Various patients have tried different painkillers for their conditions, and some have found a remedy that gives them some relief. Pain medications do not provide a cure, but they may help with some symptoms in the short term.

A kind FemXX note: We often read in your stories that a higher dose of painkillers was taken regularly in big moments of pain and often for longer periods than recommended. We can understand this very well, everyone just wants this pain to stop. But: Frequently used painkillers as well as overdoses can damage liver and kidneys in the long run. Please take this very seriously! Some Endo-fighters here have also reported that they regret their overuse of the past. Please take care of yourself.
