Coaching is designed to enable those seeking help to activate their own resources and regain confidence in their own abilities and their own needs. Depending on the problem, coaches also use psychological background models. However, if the pressure of suffering is too great, coaching reaches its limits and the patient should switch to psychotherapy.

Endo and mental health: Every chronic disease limits life to a greater or lesser extent. Many endo patients are burdened by the fact that their activities, their love life or their diet are affected by the disease and not all wishes can be realized. Mental health suffers as a result. It is therefore no surprise that there is a high presence of depression and anxiety among endometriosis patients.

A kind FemXX note: Many Endo-Fighters report that they were prescribed psychotherapy by doctors when they sought medical help. As a result, we do not feel taken seriously, which further worsens our physical and psychological condition. Those who suffer from endometriosis need advice and treatment from medical specialists. Because: endometriosis is a disease, not an imagination. However, mental health support in addition to physical treatment can strengthen patients in their life journey. Endo-Fighters have to make huge efforts to cope with the disease. Therapy and mindfulness have helped many to develop good strategies for this challenge.
